Supply of Equipment for reconstruction of a three-strand CCM at Baku-Steel Plant in Azerbaijan

Terms of implementation of the project of 2014-2015.
Design of the capital equipment is carried out by AHK VNIIMETMASH.
Reconstruction is carried out for the purpose of supply of equipment and development of pouring of round preparation with a diameter of 130, 170, 190 and 220 mm.
Within the project for the organization of pouring of the specified sections are delivered:
- new lock mechanisms with the electric drive;
- system of a cut-off of slag from a stalkovsh;
- equipment for a warming up of submersible glasses;
- crystallizers with a sleeve 800 mm long;
- the level monitoring system with use of electromagnetic sensors;
- sets of collectors and equipment for reconstruction of ZVO;
- reconstruction of TPM with increase in points of an extension;
- completion of a priming with delivery of head parts under the planned round sections;
- equipment for reconstruction of a site of delivery of preparations;
- systems of primary and secondary cooling of an ingot;
- modernization of industrial control system.
